So I gained 2.2 pounds this week. OUCH! I knew it was a bad week but didn't think it was THAT bad.
Think I'm going to try and work on getting some morning workouts in. I don't know how to get my eating in check right now so I definitely need to do something to combat it.
I'm telling you, if you weigh daily, stuff like that won't get to you It's not unusual for me to sway 4 lbs in a single day from morning to night. The 2 lbs up and down you're recording every week don't really mean anything.
I haven't exercised in days. And I've been eating crap. I'm at the top of my usual 4 lb bracket. A couple days of healthy food and exercise and I'll be back down at the lower end

I have stayed the same weight, but trying to consistently work out. We had company for dinner last night, so I had to clean up instead of work out right after work... not a good combination when my "morning sickness" hits about 4pm every day
Also, I know fatigued is a symptom of pregnancy, but man, I get winded after like 10 minutes on the bike/treadmill. I want to stay in shape so that i have an easier (if that is possible) labor! but this is hard work!

I really do need to try the weighing in every day thing! I need to try and remember.
