o.m.g I finally have a renter. The previous tenant died in July. Her deposit covered August rent but since then, paying the mortgage has been near impossible. I just got the call that someone is moving in tomorrow! And to make it even better - they are paying 6 months in advance!!! My day just got super good! :-)
