Click on profile on the top menu bar, then click modify profile. In the box that says signature enter [*IMG] link to pic [*/IMG] but remove the *s

Upload into at tinypic, then click on the drop down box to choose size. Mine is message board size right now, but thumbnail works too. Then copy the link that it gives you for message boards, and then paste it into the sig box under modify.
