I didn't workout last night because I got home really late after an event...but I knew this would be the case so it wasn't on my schedule
Tarheels, if you come in this thread I just want to let you know that I weighed myself again this morning - same as yesterday (which is too high! :-( ) I am going to try it every day and see how it works out.
I am the opposite of this, I don't keep a scale in my house! I know when I've fluctuated based on three things: how big of a gap there is between my thighs (there's never much, just a little window) how full my face is/defined my jawline looks, and how flat my tummy is.
Stepping on a scale would probably crush me on a day to day basis! lol you scale steppers are quite brave!

Don't beat yourself up... don't forget you're pregnant! I don't know about you, but I am so exhausted all the time, that working out makes me cringe! I got in bed at 8:00 last night

I'm feeling a little more tired this week but I don't even know that it's pg-related. I am just feeling gross and blob-ish though so I think if I could get motivated to workout more, that will help combat that.
