I don't think you're alone. When I was pregnant last time, I couldn't brush my tongue without gagging. Not even the front part of my tongue. I think others have similar problems with teeth brushing. I doubt it's the toothpaste flavor, and just the actual brush in your mouth. Pregnancy brings on weird sensitivities! I think the best you can do is just grin and bear it!
I've had this problem. I don't think it had anything to do with the flavor of my toothpaste. That never even crossed my mind honeslty. It was just the action of brushing my teeth.
I had many nights that went like this: Brush teeth Throw up Brush teeth again Go to bed
I didn't find a solution, just dealt with it.
One thing to note, this only happen to me at night. I never had any problems brushing my teeth in the morning.
I actually had this problem for a looong time, before I was even pregnant. My dentist told me to try the cinnamon toothpaste and it seemed to have helped. Sometimes I still get that gaggy feeling, but it's definitely not as bad.
