I second the peanut butter. Tasty and efficient, calorie wise and preparation wise. can you not up her food servings or upgrade to a more nutrient-dense food for the time being? I would think that more food would be better than a lot of treats. If she's not interested, I can usually get my dogs to eat anything if I dump a can of stinky soft food on top and mix it in a little bit. No matter how full they are they will even sneak into the trash cans and get the empty cans back out.

I have upped her food and I started giving her egg whites at the recommendation of my vet.
She LOVES kongs with PB but I usually give her treats when she goes into her crate, etc. so I was looking for something more nutritious for those times.
Oh duh. Hence why you are asking for treats and not general ways to put weight on your dog. sorry, assumption fail. Depending on your access to meat products, our favorite treat to make and give guilt-free is dried meat scraps or liver. You could also make treats that are mostly liver mush with other baking ingredients and bake them. I try to avoid too much flour and never add sugar. Some dog treat recipes are more for the people's satisfaction that the dogs (frosted cookies?! lol) so we just started doing dried meat. I bet you could come up with a liver/ peanut butter cookie pretty easily!

Greek yoghurt - freeze it in the kong. Or just in ice cube trays if you have a smaller dog or are stuffing the kong with the cubes. I get a big tub and portion it out into the round gladware or the smaller square ikea plastic ware if I'm just giving her the treat outside of the kong. The plastic baby food containers would work too. My cousin uses cupcake/muffin tins to freeze and then stores in a freezer bag.
You can mix in PB, fruit, or canned dog food (real meat if you want) If I put it in the kong I've mixed dry food in with it. If I put just PB in it, she's done in under 5 minutes. Frozen stuff takes her awhile.
Mashed sweet potatoes freeze pretty well too. Frozen oatmeal, that gets a bit messy.
Off topic Re the egg whites. Do you cook them first? Our vet said they were ok if cooked, but not to give our pup raw ones due to the avidin/biotin binding. But I've seen some of the raw feeders that give them w/o cooking.
