What's your favorite Thanksgiving dish? Mashed potatoes and gravy. Definite comfort food.
What's the Thanksgiving dish that somebody makes every year but nobody really likes? I don't really know. Maybe the relish tray. Why would I want to stand around munching on carrots when there are rolls, mashed potatoes and gravy, turkey, etc.?
What's your favorite Thanksgiving dish? Tough one.. my grandpa makes the best sweet potatoes (more sweet, less potato, haha). And they also make really good beef & noodles.

What's the Thanksgiving dish that somebody makes every year but nobody really likes? MIL makes this strange dish that I can best describe as apple-cranberry cole slaw. No mayo, I just mean tangy fruits shredded up like that. Out of the 40 people who come, she's really the only person who eats it. The recipe makes gallons and she's always eating on it for weeks afterward.
Dressy, casual, or dressy casual? Dressy casual
Do you say dressing" or "stuffing?" I use them interchangeably. Probably because I was raised in the south by a New England family. There are several words like that for me.
What's your favorite Thanksgiving dish? Green bean casserole
What's the Thanksgiving dish that somebody makes every year but nobody really likes? My MIL's cranberry stuff. I love the canned stuff, but she does something involving orange peels to it. It's just not the same, but I eat it with a smile.

Moving my response down because I'm just not that important. LOL
What's your favorite Thanksgiving dish? Stuffing. The legit kind that is cooked in the bird. Learned last year to cook it in a pumpkin instead for food safety reasons. Still yummy and moist, but not as likely to cause the ickies.

Dressy, casual, or dressy casual? I've been celebrating with H's family for the past 5 or 6 years, and it's very casual. When it was with my family, it was dressy casual.

Dish: tofurkey! I am not kidding, I am a vegetarian, and I hate just eating unhealthy side dishes with no protein. No matter where I eat thanksgiving dinner, I bring a tofurkey.
Dish no one likes: green bean casserole. Luckily my sister is not coming this year (I miss her but not her beans) so we won't all be tortured.
Casual! The table is set nice, but we wear normal clothes.
As long as he's calling it a states rights issue, he's got an out. Don't get me wrong, this is an improvement, but his position still has no weight if he's leaving the ball in NC's court, KWIM?
Yeah, I agree. It's a big step for him to switch from civil union to marriage support, but it's still not enough. He's probably still hoping that the SC will take care of it.
What's your favorite Thanksgiving dish? Hard to say...I pretty much love all of the side dishes (I don't eat meat).
What's the Thanksgiving dish that somebody makes every year but nobody really likes? We don't make anything that no one likes. We don't make green bean casserole or sweet potatoes with marshmallows...both of those would be on my 'don't like' list.
