We're switching insurance in 2013. H's company got rid of our current provider, so we had no option but to switch. We also wanted to be on a lower deductible plan. Being pregnant won't be an issue, correct? My first appt is in 2012, and I am assuming subsequent appointments will be in 2013. I'm not sure why I'm worried about this, but we'll be fine, right?
Edit: Insurance is still through H's work. Just a different provider.

I think that as long as you don't have a break in coverage, they can't refuse to cover you due to the pregnancy (pre-existing codition). Actually, now that I am saying that, I'm pretty sure it shouldn't matter either way because ACA states you can't be denied for pre-existing cond.
You should be fine, but I would call and verify. I had asked that before, and they said I would be covered, but better safe than out $10k for delivery!
