I got the combo pack. Having the OPK's last month I think totally helped us during our marathon week

That said..I wouldn't buy them until your period starts. Who knows what the outcome of this cycle will be...

I agree with the combo pack. I could not TTC without OPKs and have any level of sanity. I'd go insane trying to read my body without OPKs.

With PCOS, you may produce the LH hormone multiple times per cycle without actually Oing.

And I only know that because I had my books out to answer the question in the other post, so sorry I can't elaborate Maybe you can google? I wonder if people just get it on for every surge and hope one of them is the right one?

You'll be surprised how fast that gets old and becomes a chore. Thousands of women have PCOS - I'm sure there's some info out there on how to conceive with it, so I'd google.
