Uh, I think I'm going to stop starting these threads because I have nothing positive to report anymore. I skipped my workout last night because I was tired and lazy. I think next week I'm going to start trying to do a small workout in the morning before work so at least I get something in. We'll see how that goes, though.
Don't be too hard on yourself Honey. Everyone says you are sooo exhausted the first tri. You'll perk up in the second tri! Also, if it's any help at all, you can do like an old lady workout in a chair if you need something but can't handle the full on workout now??
It sounds stupid, but I for real think that little bits help; don't overwhelm yourself. Or even just go for a walk. That counts too!

i think my problem is that I am also lacking the motivation to do even a simple workout, so I let being tired be the excuse. Like last night, I'm sure I could have rode the exercise bike for a bit but I didn't.
Well, you know yourself best. But I think your lack of motivation is normal for this time of year too. I hate exercising in cold weather...and I'm not pg.
But I can virtually kick your ass and MAKE you work out if you need me to!
Honey, get off GBCN and get your ass to workout for at least 15 mins today, doing something small...a walk, stretching, ANYTHING.
Take a brisk walk at lunch today if you have to. The goal is to get your adrenaline up. If you get your heart pumping your endorphins will kick in and make you think you're having fun.
Remember, exercising while pg makes you: 1) Have a potentially easier labor 2) Not gain as much unnecessary weight 3) Be more likely to sleep better at night 4) Believe it or not, you won't be as tired if you make yourself get physical. You will be working your cardiovascular system so you will be strengthening it, and not feel as exhausted as easily.

I seriously just LOL at this! You are awesome.
I actually do need to run an errand, the building is nearby so it wont be 15 minutes but it will get me up and moving for a bit (and get my errand done). Be back soon

I managed a whole 15 min on the excercise bike before I was completely done last night... I figured I would try to stick it out, since I was just watching tv anyways... I am contemplating counting that I work at a college, on the third floor no doubt, so I think the hike from the car, and those stairs at least 10 times a day count for somthing!

I'm going to Walmart at lunch time so does walking around the store count as exercise?
I hate going to WM but they have good prices on some stuff. I try to keep my list as short as possible so I can get in and out and don't go crazy on someone while I'm there.

Yes because I don't have Walmart here, but when I've been in one, they literally require their own zip code! You got this Honey!
Why thank you! Anytime, seriously. I'm much happier when I'm being positive, and helpful in life. Even thru a computer! I need to remember that. So it's a win win as far as I'm concerned.
And here, I know you miss your beers, and an interwebs beer won't hurt!

Mmm, internet beer. I think I'm getting drunk, this is powerful stuff!
Yeah I need to just get out of this funk and get back into taking better care of myself, obviously it will make me happier, I'll stop dwelling on it constantly, and I'll feel better physically. I need to remember that!
I chose sleeping in in favor of working out every morning but one this week! I'm attempting to make up for it by running 3 miles tomorrow morning - H and I are running a 5k next Sunday and I want to improve my time from sedentary to crawl.
