How long did your actual mortgage take?

If you were pre-approved, how long did it take from application to approval?

We were pre-approved and this was the timeline as far as I can tell through my email.

3/10 went under contract
3/14 submitted official mortgage application
3/26 loan returned from underwriters requesting a few minor things
3/30 appraisal came in
4/4 got commitment letter
4/10 received HUD
4/11 closed on house

I don't remember the exact timeline, but on a conventional/20% down loan we went under contract and closed in less than a month.
