He's on a reflective surface, obviously. Shiny floors would work if you have wood. Slower shutter speed, fairly open, probably 2.8-3.5 and high ISO. Most likely lit by above with soft light. Link to the original?
Also make sure you use a good tripod and a remote if you have one. The motion of you pressing the shutter release will jar the camera a bit after the shutter is open
There's also MuP setting on some cameras, you set up the shot, press once for the mirror to go up( that's what causes the vibration) and then you press it again so the shutter just opens and shuts.
