And OMG, everything I've eaten so far has been SO GOOD. So while I know that normal people don't want to spend 8 hours making food over 2 days, they would also work great to double or triple when cooking dinner and save some meals for busy days.
The Bacon and Corn Griddle Cakes, Pan Roasted Chicken with Lemon Garlic Green Beans, and Black Bean Patties with Corn Relish and Avocado Cream Sauce in particular make me go "mmm". Click through to the recipes cards to get instructions on how to freeze.
Thanks for posting. I did a bunch of freezer meals before DS was born. (I wish I had done even more.) I should've done the same before I went back to work. I didn't even think about it!
Do you have a deep freezer? We have zero space in the freezer due to my pumped milk stash (which honestly isn't that big, but it takes up half the freezer.)
I do have a deep freezer, but this really didn't take up that much room. I could fit it all in the fridge freezer if I reorganized and didn't have so much random stuff in there (frozen veggies, bread, ice cream). I have no milk stash to fit in, though.
I love having a deep freeze. It lets me buy meat at Costco.

Froggy- my milk stash takes up ridiculous amounts of space too. It was not something I anticipated about bfing. We have a small deep freeze in the garage, now that we're storing milk I wish we had a full size.

Aww, yay, that is my original recipe!
It was my lunch today! My coworkers thought it smelled great.
Mmm, your recipes look delicious, as usual. I think I'll put my mom to work on stocking up our freezer with some of them while she's here helping us out *insert maniacle laughter*
