F/U Dads' Gifts: Where to get custom trinkets?

Does anyone have recommendations for where to order one-of-a kind stuff -- hats, mugs, T-Shirts, puzzles, etc.? It can be local or online.

I've used Jigsaw2Order and Portrait Puzzles for puzzles before. You can pay Jigsaw2Order to do the design for you. Portrait Puzzles is cheaper and has more options for bigger puzzles.

Google gives me Zazzle & CafePress, but I don't have any clue if there are better options out there.

You should look at Costco, they do buttloads of photo-stuff.

artscow.com . they are absolutely the best price, but you have to give them time to ship, because it comes from hk usually.
