Sorry no check in for a few days, was away at a business conference and the wifi sucked. I was too lazy to do it from my phone.
My goal this week is to get some exercise in. That's it. Not going to say a certain amount of days or minutes or anything, just want to get some movement in.
We're planning on eating some light meals this week in preparation for pigging out next week

I haven't been able to run after work the past few days because it's too dark out and DH isn't available to run with me at this time (he has a broken arm). So I've been doing Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred and it's been going well
I'm going to hopefully go to the gym this afternoon and either run or do the elliptical. I usually go in the mornings on my days off, but this morning I was lazy and have not gotten up from the couch watching t.v.
Been basically doing this thing called Carb Nite for almost a month now where I only take in 30 g or less of carbs during the week and then go crazy with carbs one night a week. So far so good! Haven't lost much weight, but I am trimming down. As for workouts, I continue to lift heavy with H since he has a powerlifting meet in January.
