$12/hr cash. She comes once a week and takes about 4 hours for ~4k sq ft house. She was recommended by my neighbor so I think we just got lucky finding an individual to do it.
I found it to be $90/hr for 3 people...My house takes approx. 3-4 hours for a deep clean. I have 3300 SF, 5 bed, 3ba but I don't have them do 1bd/1ba that are in the basement. MCOL I have 3 little kids, my house is not already clean--lol. This is why it's a rare treat--I don't have $300-400 to drop bi-weekly. I am sure an individual would be cheaper but this cost seems to be pretty par for the companies I've had quoted.

But on the other hand, if they're cleaning it every other week, not every cleaning will be a deep clean.
When I was looking at services that charge by the hour, a lot wanted to be at our apartment for 6-8 hours the first time, but 4-5 hours thereafter.

$80 per visit, 1 person, 3 hours. 1500 square foot, two bedrooms, 1.5 bath. Maybe a little high for the space but it usually takes her the full three hours. We used to have 2 people for 2 hours for less money, but they were unreliable.
We pay $120 for about 3000 sq. ft. in MCOL, every other week. We use an individual, and she usually brings a helper. It takes them about 4 hours. We have a dog who sheds and two young boys, so our house is definitely not clean when they get here.

Southern California is a lot cheaper for this type of service, despite being HCOL. All types of service industries--car washes are another that come to mind--are far less expensive than lower COL places.
Crackhabit, I pay $85 every other week for an individual (and her husband cleans with her most weeks too) for our house. About 1800 square feet. 3 beds, 2 baths. I think I have a good deal, and I think your quote is pretty decent too, for a service. This is not a service you can find for super cheap in these parts.
$80 bi-weekly for one woman. 2 bed/1 ba house, around 1000asf. It would be a little cheaper, but I have increased the amount I pay a couple of times (without her asking).
We pay $150 every two weeks for our 1800 sq ft ranch home--3 br, 2 baths, 4 cats, with a combination of carpets, hardwoods, and tile. We're messy. They often have to pick up after us before they can actually start "cleaning". They do an EXCELLENT job. I believe it's 3 ladies, independent local company. Worth every penny to DH and I. We're MCOL
Services are more expensive. I called a few different people when we bought our house, and they were asking between 60 and 120 per visit. We pay 80, and she does some extras like ironing my H's work shirts. Our house is about 2000sf, 2.5 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms plus basement.

We pay $100/bi weekly for a 3000 sq ft 4 bedroom, 3 bath house. This is a licensed and insured company, but we shopped around quite a bit and haggled with them for our rate. Our highest quote was $350 and the lowest was $130, but we ended up getting $100.
