Good CF box in the Galleria area of Houston?

I've heard good things about Bayou City Crossfit in the Heights and Pinup Crossfit near downtown. I believe they have the same owners.

My BIL goes to Crossfit Elevate, but that's much to far west in Katy.

This. An H&Fer on here goes to PinUp and loves it. I have heard EXCELLENT things about Bayou City Crossfit. In the Crossfit Southeast regionals, they placed #1 and #2 I think for the guys and also placed in the girls as well.

I'm the one that goes to Pinup. It's in Midtown. Love it. I used to go to Bayou City but switched only b/c of the location.

Bayou City and Pinup share an owner. BCCF came in 2nd in the Regionals. AW - my coach is on the team

I will see if I can find out anything about the two you mentioned. It's a pretty tight community and there are good and bad boxes

I just got a recommendation for Cannon Crossfit. Good box, knowlegable coaches. It is a mile from Clutch.
