Fitness fail on my part last night but at least I ate healthy. I did play with the cats, that counts as exercise, right?
I'm trying tarheels' methods of weighing myself every day. I've gone down and up and back down and I think I'm where I was a week ago. I'm a few pounds up from where I really want to be so I need to buckle down.

I went running last night and managed to make/eat a healthy dinner with only a fruit smoothie and a small piece of dark chocolate for dessert. Hopefully, I can repeat this tonight.

I did the 30 day shred this morning before work. I'm liking the morning workout routine, it leaves me feeling like I accomplished something for the day and it's nice not having to worry about working out when I get home.
