I'm doing my best to be thankful that I haven't had any morning sickness yet, but I find myself wondering if it might make me feel more secure that I'm actually still pregnant.
At 5w3d I've been a bit tired, but nothing too out of the ordinary. My breasts have been slightly tender but again, not much. The only real thing I've noticed is heartburn, which I otherwise never have.
When did you start to feel morning sickness/other pregnancy symptoms? I've got 5 more weeks until my next appointment where we'll maybe, hopefully be able to hear a heartbeat. Just trying to stay positive until then.
With my first pregnancy I really didn't have many symptoms. Sore boobs by about 5 weeks, and I was really fatigued by 6-7 weeks. I remember once at 7.5 weeks I did a Costco run with my mom (this was around Christmas) and felt like dying afterward I was so tired. I only got nauseated a couple of times and had a general sense of malaise but honestly it was mostly a walk in the park. I would not have known I was pregnant if I hadn't tested.
This time the morning sickness train hit me hard by 5 weeks. I am now starting to have some good days but I have felt like throwing up most of the time for the last month or so. No fatigue though; with #1 I went to bed at 8 every night but this time I am keeping my normal hours. No sore boobs either.
With first tri symptoms you are kind of damned if you have them and damned if you don't. It's not a fun place to be in either way, but remember that the odds are in your favor, symptoms or not! Try not to worry--but I know it's hard not to.

Bizarre, but I've had almost identical experiences. This time around I've felt so much worse. Ill take sore boobs over nausea any day.

I must be wacko. I never really had symptoms even though I had twins. I was really worried about it too. I wanted to have morning sickness just to prove I was really pregnant. But the lack of symptoms doesn't mean you aren't pregnant. Hang in there.

I never had any early symptoms with either pregnancy. I had swelling at the very end with both, but that was pretty much it. Try not to worry about it (easier said than done of course), and definitely stay off the Bump. That place made me so paranoid. The odds are in your favor
I had a couple of isolated m/s incidents (just feeling sick to my stomach, never quite reaching vomiting) and the first wasn't until maybe 6.5 weeks? However, I spotted from 5 weeks to 9 weeks, which was all kinds of stressful.
I never had morning sickness. I started getting heartburn around 12 or 16 weeks, and my breats got more sensitive and larger pretty early on (more sensitive almost immediately, and by 12 weeks I had to go up a bra size). I was also pretty wiped out most of 1st tri. But i never had nausea or the like. The rest of my symptoms appeared as I got more pregnant - like by 32 weeks my back hurt more, etc.

Definitely staying away from the Bump.
Thank you all for your reassurance. I'm sure everything is progressing normally, but it's good to hear that some people had no symptoms or later symptoms.
I've also heard that morning sickness can sometimes mimic what your mom went through with her kids, and I remember asking her about a year ago and she said she didn't really have anything major. Maybe I'll be lucky like her!

With the twins, I didn't get m/s until 8w or so and really didn't feel anything other than bloat from my IF meds.
This time, I started getting all day nausea around 6.5w, and now I have to pop Zofran constantly to function. I'm also horribly bloated but not from IF meds.
ETA: I remember at my u/s at 6w when they told me I was having twins, I asked the dr. how it could possibly be true since I didn't feel pregnant at all, had no m/s, etc. He said that was perfectly normal and be careful what you wish for.

Yeah I asked my Mom about m/s and she said she didn't have too much and she had twins! I had some waves of nausea, but I never puked. It didn't start until 6-7 weeks.
I remember those first few weeks were very nerve wracking. You overanalyze every non-symptom/symptom.

My symptoms this whole pregnancy have been very, very mild, and at 16 weeks my LO is doing great. I never had any morning sickness, other than feeling queasy for a few minutes a day for about a week around 6–7 weeks.
My boobs start immediately. like right after I get my BFP at 13 DPO. They literally grow a size and can't be handled at all. I have to wear a sleep bra.
I am not really exhausted during the day but I can't keep my eyes open past like 9. That start about 5 weeks.
The hunger started at about 6 weeks. If I don't eat I get sick to my stomach.
I never had M/S. So I am hoping this stays the same for this pregnancy.
I am 6.5 weeks and started having really bad m/s and nausea on Monday. Up until this week I had just been more tired than normal and going to bed earlier.

I never had M/S. I was/am hungry 24/7. Only towards the end of the 2nd trimester did I start to have symptoms. Now, I am just hungry and tired all the time.

I never had morning sickness... I was exhausted at 4 weeks (but assumed it was because I was recovering from surgery)... & around 6/7 weeks, I felt my uterus getting bigger.
I got nauseated and tired by week 4, but it was mild. By week 6, I was totally miserable. It stayed that way until abtou week 10, then it got gradually better... MS was almost gone by week 14.
