I worked out last night, it's a miracle! (sorry, I'm so dramatic sometimes) Rode the exercise bike for 30 minutes. Also ate really well until the pop tarts I had as a nighttime snack.
Hoping I can get some momentum and keep it going. There is a potluck Thanksgiving lunch at work today and I opted out - I feel like I've been eating a lot lately between events at work and traveling for work and I need to be choosier about what I participate in. I'd rather overeat at my own Thanksgiving dinner next week So I'm proud of myself for passing on it.
Great job on the exercise and the self control! I've had a VERY bad 7-10 days of eating (must get Halloween candy out of my house), but I swore this week would be better, and it sort of has been.
I forced myself out in the cold for a 4 mile run last night and was happy I went, even though I felt sluggish the whole time I was running. Tonight I teach class and then run afterward, so it's a "forced" good day. And so far today, my eating has been good. Baby steps (no pun intended...)!

I have opted out of dance class for the remainder of the month because my workload has been so demanding, and I wasn't going regularly. Lucky for me I move at my job, but it's SO not the same thing!
I have significantly cut back on eating, even though I've always been good at portion control, and that has helped me stay small throughout my non-workouts
I wanted to go for a bike ride this weekend because my bike is staring at me all forlorn, but it's gonna rain and I'm not that kind of a badass.
I walked for an hour this morning at the gym. Got in some good tv watching.
Tonight we're doing a stair climb for a charity. I guess it's like doing a 5k or another race, but climbing stairs instead. It's climbing 47 flights or 1,034 stairs. I did it a couple years ago and did pretty well. Stairs really get my heart rate going though, so I'm going to slow it down this year. I've read some stuff online about pregnancy and keeping your heart rate below a certain level working out. Not sure how much truth is in that or not, but my previous m/c has made me nervous about a lot of things.
been doing the running thing, which is just always part of my week (I guess I'm lucky to love somewhere warm). I also managed to eat pretty healthy for another day too! Eating well is the hard part for me.
