I haven't been since 96, and I stayed in Park City at the time; any major changes I should be aware of? Friends of ours are going to be there in mid-Dec, and we might meet up for a few days on our way to Florida to see my family.

Any suggestions to not break the budget? Our friends are going all out and staying at the Stein Erikson, which we won't/can't do, but we don't want to stay too far away. Any tips on getting lift passes that aren't crazy expensive?

I don't know if this might help, but I just saw stein Ericsson on jetsetter...maybe the days will work to get you a good deal?

Honestly, we have friends who have a timeshare up there, so we'd use that if we ever did overnights...but maybe check out VRBO or something. I don't know of any changes (other than there will be a bunch of Olympic stuff you haven't seen) Utah is pretty slow moving I think.

Thanks for the tip. It still $495/night there, so relatively a good deal, but still way more than we want to spend.

I was so spoiled by having my Colorado pass and being part of a condo share. I don't like having to pay like the rest of the country!
