We're twinsies with the corn chowder, though it doesn't look like we're using the same recipe. Mine's a holdover from last week since I ended up working really late two nights, two dinners from last week are getting pushed to this week.
S - Mushroom pizza M - Corn and chicken Chowder T - Chipotle braised short ribs W - chicken in red pepper sauce R - Thanksgiving! Cranberry baked brie, walnut and honey goat cheese, crudites, corn bread, mashed potatoes, turkey, brussle sprouts, salad, baked beans, candied sweet potatoes, cranberry relish, vanilla fudge swirl ice cream, butterscotch ice cream, pumpkin struesel pie, apple crisp, biscotti F - Leftovers S- out for DH's birthday
Mushrooms roasted with garlic and herbs over quinoa Spicy Sesame Eggplant over rice with Steamed snow peas Crab cakes with mustard sauce, homemade ciabatta and pear-arugula salad in a pomegranate viniagrette Then leave for the in-laws for four days
