I agree, that proposal was awkward.

My favorite parts: Reba, and singing of the phone book.

Phillip was my favorite from early on, but I was kind of hoping he wouldn't win. Seems like often times the runner up has more success, and is allowed more creativity, than the winner.

And, call me a sap, but I was moved when he ditched out on the song to go tearfully hug his family.

I agree! I hope fame doesn't change him. He seems like a very humble, nice guy. I was a fan from the beginning also. I hope he goes far!
