Im afraid this Travel board just won't be the same

I've always found TN's Travel board super helpful compared to other places we're the reviews seem "spam-y" or super vague like, "Hated the hotel because it was not what I wanted!"

ML, PCE, and MM have picked up pretty well over here, but it seems like I won't be getting any more good travel reviews

As long as the word gets out...constantly for the next couple of weeks it will be even better because we have a lot more freedom over here and NO ads, and tech issues!

We just need to get all the regulars over here.

I also think that a lot of regulars who post on travel boards do not consider it their home board so, they still need to get established over here.

This will eventually liven up. The travel board was never terribly active. Only a handful of new posts a day. Just give this board a few weeks and it will be full of reference material!

I finally caved and made my way over here today. TN has been completely dead and I was starting to have withdrawals.

I'm going to miss the old Travel board and I'm not a fan of this format, but maybe I'll get used to it.

It would be nice if this Travel board caught on. My browser at work doesn't like the new format on Then Nest so this is way easier to use.

From what I have heard, there will be ads in a couple weeks. Im hoping since I paid the $3 for the ad I can avoid it but I guess they are not too obtrusive. Either way, web or app, proboards loads a million times faster and all around easier to post on. I lurked mainly on the nest because it was too hard to respond. I had to scroll all around on my phone to read what I was typing.
