I noticed in that airline preferences post you talked about requesting a children's meal
I didn't even know those existed!!
My first trip with dd in her own seat is in 2 weeks time, so I just called Virgin and requested a children's meal for her

Yay! They are generally so much better, and they always (on Delta and BA anyway) bring them out first. I would probably prefer them to the adult meals actually

They are very delicious. I ate them as a kid and was supremely proud of myself...and I wish I could eat them now, except they won't let me!
