Would you lightly steam the broccoli and then stir into the egg mixture?
Or would you saute the broccoli in the pan with the onion and then add the egg mixture?
Or some combination of both?

I would saute it in the pan I think until it was almost tender then add the egg

I would definitely saute with onion.
Also, honey dijon mustard mixed with the egg before pouring makes a fritatta exceptionally delicious.
