I ate fairly healthy yesterday (I say fairly because it could have been better, but wasn't really bad) but I didn't work out. I was feeling really sick after dinner and there was no way it was happening. Oh well.
I'm sooo looking forward to all the Thanksgiving food but also need to make sure I get some workouts in to combat it!
After my long day yesterday, I totally pigged out on a burger and fries. BUT I got my happy ass to the gym this morning and did speed work! H and I went for a run last Thanksgiving morning, and we're planning on doing the same again this year.

well my eating has been really good, or not good, depends on how you look at it! My morning sickness (that really lasts all day) has been hitting in full-force, so I'm lucky to choke down some GF toast in the morning, some dry cereal or rice cakes for lunch and by dinner I can't eat anything +o(
I have been avid about getting my butt on the excercise bike for at least 15 minutes, which I could totally do in my sleep before, but pregnancy makes you winded! I figure I have been cleaning in anticipation of the holiday tomorrow, so that counts as excercise!
