I bought a 4.5 lb. package of chicken leg quarters when they were on sale a few weeks ago and they have been in the freezer ever since. What should I do with them? Any suggestions? Thanks!
I leave the skin on and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, pepper and paprika.
I cook at 400 for 1h -1h 15 min (basically until the skin is crispy).
I tried this the other night. The seasoning was perfect! I took the skin off of mine when I ate it, so next time I will season it without the skin on (I wasn't sure if taking it off before baking would dry it out). I still got a taste of the seasoning and it was just so delicious! Chicken leg quarters are on sale again and I am definitely trying this again! Thanks so much for the suggestion.
