I have a 14 day LP.
10 days is on the short side. Under 10 is when they say to worry. I think some ladies here drink Pom juice to help increase LP. Maybe they'll chime in!
Vitex (chaste berry), progesterone (ProGest cream on Amazon), and B complex vitamins (I took B100) can all help lengthen a short LP. Google for research. Less than 10 is supposed to be a problem.
I've never heard that or read that about temps. I think so long as you do a clear shift, you're ok.
I have a low temperature. It has never been an issue and hopefully won't be one now. One doctor told me that some people just run a little cooler than others
I think my lp is 15 days. I'm only on my second cycle off the pill, but they say it shouldn't vary too much, right?
My LP is 13 - 15 days. Anything above 10 is usually good. Once your cycles have stabilized after the PP, the LP should stay pretty consistent. Anything under 10 can indicate trouble, but not always.
My temps are on the cooler side, in the mid 97s. My coverline on the cycle I got pregnant was 97.4 and was 97.55 this month. I don't think it makes any difference either way.

Regarding the low temps, I've never heard such a thing. My temps have always been in the mid 96's pre-O, and mid to high 97's post-O. If this is a sign of fertility problems, that's news to me!

Thanks for asking this! I have been charting since September (off the pill since August) and we plan to start TTC in January and I have also noticed that I have a shorter luteal phase, usually 9 or 10 days. I'm hoping so badly that this one goes longer (on day 10 now) and that my body is just taking time to regulate after getting off the pill.

I want to add that my LP seems to be 13 days at most and was like 11.5/12 last cycle. Also, my temps pre-O are around 97.3-97.5 and post O they go from 97.77-98.4 ish. I am reminded on these boards that the point is a clear shift, and not the temps themselves so much. I also heard that less than 10 days is when you might have cause for concern with the LP.
The low temp concern...that has to do with the thyroid I believe. Either under or over active. Do you have any thyroid issues? I think you're prob ok, autumn!
