If you already have your face makeup all set and your eye makeup caused a lot of fall out, put a bit of foundation on a sponge to use as clean-up. It works as an eraser and soon your face is flawless again.
Here are some of my tips for easier/faster makeup applications:
1- If you're doing a dark color for eyeshadow (like a smokey eye,) start with that FIRST, then clean up everything under your eyes (even if you don't see it, there is def. eyeshadow that has fallen, and can cause raccoon eyes,) add your eye and face moisturizer and add your foundationBB cream/tinted moisturizer. Added plus, you can shape the eyeshadow or eyeliner to add a sharpened effect.
I took this advice yesterday. I wasn't doing a smoky eye, just mascara and a bit of eyeliner, but it definitely helped keep my undereyes brighter. Thanks!
To make really pop, use a nude lipliner pencil in the lower waterline.
Wow that's an awesome tip! Trying it tomorrow!
My MUA friend did this when she was doing my makeup a while back. At first, I was like, "WTF are you doing!?!" But it really does make a difference and I do it especially when I'm wearing dark colors or a smokey eye.

The Benefit Eye Bright pencil works really well for doing this.
