I think there's way too much going on. Plus you have "moved into new home" pretty much listed twice. If I got that card, I'd be "Um...I get it, you built/moved into a new house." And if I wasn't on H&G board, and saw you decoreted 8+ Christmas trees, I might think you were nuts.
Yeah, if people already know you built a new house and moved, sending out the info in a Christmas card might seem a little boastful, KWIM?
ETA: not that you shouldn't be proud of all you've done, because those are some seriously awesome accomplishments, but everyone might not see it that way.
No, I totally agree -- "too much" was my nice way of saying braggy. DH thought it would be nice because no one in his family is on FB, but I think they would think it's super braggy. I told him he could send a card with a pic of our house to is grandma with a normal card.
If you want to mention your new address, kind of like combining a We've Moved card with Christmas, you might say something like "Enjoying the holidays in our new home...." and list address?? I don't know. I don't see anything really wrong with your card, but I tend to sway towards simple cards so I don't come off as 'braggy'.
Well, it's just so odd. And love the first name...
It is so weird! I was so confused on Elfster when you adding something to your wish list. I was like "I want that? That's pretty cool!" and then I realized it wasn't me LOL.
