For the first 6 cycles, I didn't really do anything different. This cycle I'm replacing my nightly glass of wine with a glass of Pom! And ditto Cheesecake - noticing every little twinge.
If I don't get pg this month, I may try cutting back/out alcohol.

This is me too, plus coffee maybe. I had a temp dip today at 9dpo...and I'm not too optimistic here. This is my third month charting (second actually doing it right tho) and I'm at the end of cycle 4.
I have had like three glasses of wine over the course of 9 days...that's way less than before ttc, but if this isn't the cycle, which it feels like it's not, I'll try behaving better next month as an experiment.
Other than that, I try very hard to keep active in the 2ww now, and think positively for others (at least).

What I've read says you only need 2oz daily! I like the taste, that stuff is just pricey (and I've tried the kind at Trader Joe's that's a lot cheaper and it has all this nasty gritty stuff in it).
I actually like the taste, too - I'm going to put it in a wine glass and see if I can trick myself into thinking it's Cabernet. I think it was somewhere around $10 for the largest bottle...I told myself it was a steal compared to what I'd spend on that much wine!

I avoided advil and tried not to drink too much alcohol. I am going to try next time to not over think that every little twinge, cramp etc. I have means I am pregnant. You really do notice things with your body more when you are paying such close attention.
This is our 14th cycle of charting. I was pregnant once, but lost it. I kind of eased up last month (first cycle trying again after loss), but this month, I'm all in again. I'm willing to try any little thing at this point. My first few cycles last year, I was very "whatever" about it all, didn't overthink the 2ww, etc. Now? I'm afraid I'm becoming a crazy lady. I did drink POM from CD1 - O (I think it happened yesterday), now I'm tempted to also cut caffeine and alcohol for the next couple of weeks.

Yep, 2 cups of long-steeped green tea a day is supposed to improve your CM. It seems to indeed up the amount. It however can cause uterine contractions, which can hurt implantation, so you should just drink it until O.
