So, how did everyone do over the holiday weekend??
Exercise was basically nonexistent for me, I really wasn't feeling all that well, but on the plus side, I didn't eat as much as I usually do. Since I've been weighing myself every day, I saw that I actually ended the week weighing less than I did at the beginning. Woohoo!
I ate so, so much this weekend. My folks visited and they definitely filled the pantry with treats and took us out for meal after meal. Plus Thanksgiving dinner and ask its leftovers. Luckily, we were somewhat active with lots of hiking and walks. I did not get to go for my usual long run though.
I'm really going to try and eat sparsely this week while doing a little extra running/walking to start moving the scale back in the other direction!
Eating - I'm trying to cut out sweets since my BFP. My doctor thinks I was probably boarderline GD with DS2, and that is why he was so big (9lbs), and why I ended up with a c-section. Since I'd REALLY like to have a VBAC this time, I promised myself I'd do everything I could to have a smaller baby. It's going to be HARD, because I am a sugar addict, but I'm trying.
Exercise - 4.5 mile run on Thursday, and 10.5 mile run yesterday. Not much on Friday and nothing on Saturday.
