We're going to my parent's weekend home in the mountains and grilling out with both sets of our parents tomorrow. Then on Sunday we're doing church with my parents and brunch at a nice resort. The husband is a little nervous about the 2 year old at brunch, but I'm not since for once I won't be the one running after him when he acts crazy since it's Mother's Day!
I will be sending my mom her mamacita's day gift in the mail today and missing her like crazy over the weekend :-(. We'll be seeing my MIL next week, so I'll give her a call this weekend and then we'll give her a little something when we see her (any ideas???)

No kids.
My mom is back home in NC and my MIL lives in NJ. We did see them yesterday (they have a vacay home here in FL about 2 hours away) and we got dinner. Combo mothers day/dinner celebrating me and H's 1st anniversary. I sent both moms flowers.
My mom's birthday is May 14, and she wanted the naked palette So I got her that.
This Sunday we may go try and see my Nana (great grandma) who happens to live in the town we moved to in an assistant living (yess!!) and shes so cute, we love her. It's more if she feels like having company If we do that chocolate cake will be involved...always chocolate cake with that lady.
DD will be 4 in July. Our weekend is so busy (with mostly non mother's day related events). Sunday my siblings and I are taking my mom out to lunch, and then after that I had dubbed it "mommy-daughter mother's day extravaganza" (which will consider of pajama wearing, non-healthy food eating, and movie watching).

I have 2 girls. We live far from family so we won't be seeing our moms. The day is all mine I am low maintenance...don't need anything fancy. I did order a mothers necklace from etsy, and I always request the Mother's Day be a day off from cooking. I don't care if all we do is pick up a pizza...I just don't want to cook it

No kids for us either. H's family does a big family reunion on Mother's day every year so we're doing that. He has a crazy big family, so it's always overwhelming. We'll probably do dinner with both moms at some point over the weekend as well.

No kids, minus the fur ones!
My SIL graduates from college tomorrow so we're at her and her BF's mercy ALL day (only sort of kidding here...I'm missing a few events that are really special to me to go to this graduation and she's kind of a brat so I'm not too happy about it but family trumps I guess). We'll spend the afternoon with my MIL, who I do really enjoy. Sunday, I offered to work for one of the moms so they could have the weekend to go away with the family. My mim is in CA so I'm going to call her. Gifts were already given/sent.

Wow. your DH is only worried about brunch? I'd be worried about trying to go to church. The one time we put DS in the center at our church, neither of us could concentrate because we were freaking out about DS.
No real plans as of yet. Just kind of going to go with the flow.
