Not #6. I like 5 but think it needs...a cardigan! Well, a pretty shawl would be better. I think you will have goosebumps all night in spaghetti straps.
Mine don't have cleavage, and they're from kohls or jc penny
They're not tight or short enough.
Evee - everyone has given you great advice. You have a nice figure, but you don't know what looks good on it. You need a natural waist and an a-line skirt.

I didn't know this party was like a high school reunion, who are you trying to impress with these jersey shore-ish dresses? Where are you getting the money at $30 a dress to buy 7+ dresses?
People keep telling you to size up & stop shopping in the junior section of stores, the misses selection is more forgiving in the belly area usually. You don't own a little black dress that you can just have taken in at a tailor since you lost weight?

Are you sure? That one might not be the right one for you - it's a knit jersey, which is tough for curvy girls - but I also have an hourglass shape with enormous boobs and wrap dresses work really well for me.
Have you looked at modcloth? They also have dresses that work really well for hourglass types.

Every single one of these dresses I've bought, I've returned. I have probably returned 6 dresses and have about 4 more now to return.
I'm not shopping in the jr section. All of these dresses are misses.
And no I don't have any nice dresses I can have taken in.

I had one I bought and returned a couple weeks ago that was some what similar. H said he didn't like the way it looked on me.
What the hell does your H think you should wear? Did you buy it in the right size? If it looked good and fit you well I don't think what your H says matters.

Thanks for nothing.
WE ARE TRYING TO HELP.
Seriously, go to the mall. Go to a department store and try every single dress they have that is your size and your budget. Repeat at every store in the mall. It will take a few hours, but it will be worth it.

No thanks to those who have tried to help. Only "no! that doesn't work!"

Buying online gives you a lot of options. You can order things in more than one size and then return them to a B&M store without having to pay return shipping. I do this often.

Well, yeah, but she has bought and returned 7 dresses. At some point, you give up and go to the store and see what they actually look like on you. At least that is what I would do.
Thanks for nothing? Because I said something sensible like taking in an old dress? I've done it, cost me $13 to have taken in.
Hope Santa leaves you coal in your stocking.
It was totally unnecessary for you to insult me by saying I'm buying dresses in the Jr's department. Obviously this is really difficult and frustrating to me. Your comments weren't helpful in the least bit and are really just upseting more.
She won't buy online. Online buying doesn't allow her to be a post whore and to show off herself in teeny tiny dresses so everyone can tell her what an awesome body she has.
Buying a dress is NOT this hard. She's doing it on purpose. I voted the potato sack, it matches her personality. Bland and itchy.
