I have a bubble app and the PBS Kids app on my phone for "special occasions." My phone is locked with a password, so Gwen can't get in without me, but I don't mind if she wants to do stuff on it every once in a while, with supervision. Her favorite is scrolling through pictures.
Jelly Bean gets a few minutes on my phone almost every day. She has her "kid games" and knows how to access them. She usually get the phone for the first 5 minutes we get home. It gives me time to pee, let the dogs out, and start dinner. She knows her limit and will hand it back to me when I say time is up.
Option 6 - they have their own. Santa brought them iPod Touches (used older models) for Christmas last year. They saved their own money for 9m to buy their own 3DS systems. So they have more than enough to play. We do let them use our phones on occasions, but not regularly.
Grayson wants a Lego game where you build something, take a picture, scan it to the app, etc. Their Touches are older models that don't have cameras. L has agreed to let him use her phone to do it. I think it is ridiculous - but they worked it out.
L and I are getting Kindles for Christmas. We aren't going to load games on them (so they won't be as attractive to the kids), but will put kid books on them for the kids if they choose to read on them. But primarily they are ours.
Its kind of a non-issue in our house since we are so tech-ancient.
There aren't any games on my phone. The kids can use it it make calls, but unless they want to answer some of my work emails, there isn't much else to do. Aside from that, we just have the computer. Sprout uses it occasionally for his extra math practice. Other than that, they have no interest since we haven't shown them any games online or anything.
Sprout has an iPad at school that he uses daily so he is the most tech savvy of us all.

I can't see the poll, but Julie and I each had our own things. Sure if she asked to use it I'd let her. Otherwise, my iPhone and iPad were mine, her PS3, iPhone, and laptop were hers. Although we both used the PS3 equally.
I will occasionally have Apple play a baby game on my phone if she is fussy while we are waiting at a restaurant. A sometimes uses dictionary.com on my phone for her homework but that's it. A has a tablet that J's parents bought for her birthday, she has Angry Birds on it and uses kid friendly websites that I've bookmarked for her.

I have a few games on my phone for E that she is allowed to play if we're waiting at a restaurant or something along those lines. I also have them on my tablet though she's only used my tablet once. Given the amount of time E used my mom's tablet while they were visiting because grandma would put whatever games on it for her, that time will remain limited.
I have an app on my phone called "Baby Music Box" or something like that. It plays hideous music-box-like songs on repeat for 10 minutes, and is basically a floating stuffed animal animated in front of some stars. I use it in dire car emergencies - like when they are both screaming in car seats and we're waiting for Jen in the parking lot while she runs an errand.
We don't have smart phones, but I have the iPod touch. I put a few things on it for Henry, to use when we need a secret weapon. It's been great for travel or fussy emergencies when we are out. At home, he asks to use, and I give in rarely. He already watches a good bit of tv, and I don't want him getting too much screen time. Plus I feel very possessive of it! Its my connection to the outside world! Hahaha
My best mom friend has an iPhone and a kindle. She has stuff for her LO on the Kindle, but not the iPhone, because she is not willing to share I like that.
