Didn't work out yesterday but did ok eating wise I guess...I say I guess because I know it could have been better, but nothing was horrible. It's keeping me pretty steady right now which I'm ok with.

I worked out yesterday. I rowed and did another cardio machine for 45 min. I am planning on going today too. I haven't decided if I want to do cardio again or lift.
I teach a step/weights interval class on Mondays, so a "forced" workout. I'm going to try to run tonight, but I can't decided if I should go outdoors or stay in on the treadmill.
Eating was good. Still managed to avoid sweets. Had a grapefruit for dessert instead. (I have the biggest sweet tooth!)
I ran a few miles yesterday and ate pretty well. I'm really happy that cuties (the tangerines) are back in season. I can snack on those all day without wanting chips and candy at all! I'll keep with the cuties and the running today.
