Uh, still a lack of exercise on my part. And last night I ate a bunch of marshmallows because that's what sounded good I need to get in gear and on a healthier track. I'm going to be home for the next several days at my parents' house and they usually eat pretty good meals, plus my mom and I will be out doing shopping, etc so much better than sitting on my butt at work!
Since I'll be OOT for a while if anyone wants to start the fitness check in for the next few days, go for it
I've been doing well with the eating, and keeping track in MFP. Cheesecake, want to be friends? I have the same SN there. I bailed on exercise last night to make cookies instead , but at least I didnt' eat any of them!
I should be doing this check-in, but I have been such a slacker for the past two weeks. However, I used MFP this week and worked out Monday and Tuesday!
