I am still getting monthly peducures. Started 2 years ago and will prob quit when baby arrives and i SAH. I love pretty toes. Hate when they talk to me during my pedicure though. I swear I am a friendly extrovert, just not when people are touching me
The place I went to had a pillow with a belly contour do that you could lay on your stomach. It was awesome.
The place I've gone twice has a 5" foam block with an oval cut out for your belly. It really is heaven. It was odd first because I felt like the baby was just dangling but I was so pissed when she took the foam away and made me lay on my back.
I had a therapist in tx who propped pillows just right and it was great. He'd also lay me on my side and use a memory foam pillow to support me to get my back well I don't like the cutout.
Both massages I had with my last pregnancy were really good. One place had the option of the belly hole pillow thing but I chose to lay on my side instead and they propped me nicely with pillows and it was even better than laying on my belly Imo. I never lay on my belly in real life though and feel weird in that position.
I agree that pedicures are amazing, and would get them as often as possible in the third tri.
Two days after we found out I was pregnant DH bought me a gift card for a pregnancy massage. It was my favorite thing ever with the other two. The place does it right- big fluffy robes, rose water foot bath in the relaxation room to start, citrus water, little snacks, and a pillow for your belly.
