Don't feel stupid, we've all wondered it. I believe progesterone/hormone fluctuation in 2ww can cause nausea; I've had this once before. It usually isn't indicative of anything at 5dpo. You'll only know in hindsight, and truthfully, even if you do get a bfp, 5dpo symptoms aren't related to that bfp most likely.

Nausea is related to pms, and hormones after O-ing and random stuff. It sucks ass, I aways think it's a sign of me being pregnant, but it's kinda normalish to get some nausea. And when you're TTCing, you notice every possible symptoms 583733038363% more.

Don't I know this. We've been really trying for over a year. Under care of an RE for nine months. I overanalyze everything at this point. The nausea stood out a little as it's never been a symptom for me of anything going on in my reproductive region, even when I WAS pg.
I do know it's far more likely to be related to the pizza I ate last night than anything else.
