Wash with a gentle face wash (CeraVe is my favorite)
Apply a product or multiple products that contain antioxidants and a minimum of SPF 30. My Clinique BB has all of that, but in the past I have used Beyond Belief Vitamin C serum for antioxidants and CeraVe AM for SPF. Another great product is Physician's Formula Healthy Wear Tinted Moisturizer, which has antioxidants and spf 50. There are a lot of products out there, and the most important thing is to wear both antioxidants and spf 30+ on your skin every single day.
Evening:
Wash with CeraVe
Allow my skin to dry for 20 minutes and then apply Retin A. I do not have acne and use this specifically for anti-aging. There are other prescription Tretinoin products that have the same active ingredient that may be recommended by your dermatologist instead of Retin A. Tretinoin is a powerful anti-aging product, although it can take some time for your skin to adjust. If your skin can't tolerate tretinoin or you feel strongly about not using a prescription product, at the very least use a retinoid product from the drugstore.
Apply a copper peptide product. Copper peptides are the wound healing agents mentioned in the article I linked to above. I use Neova Night Therapy, which is fantastic, and also helps reduce the redness that I often get in my cheeks. I don't recommend Skin Biology products, and there is a very long explanation that I am happy to tell you if you message me. In a nutshell, the copper peptide formulation in Skin Biology products is not the same, as they use soy protein and Neova uses a protein that is naturally found in the skin.
