Hi! I am a lurker (i love mm moms!)
My little one got shots yesterday. About 12 hours later, she was running a fever of about 101. Gave her acetaminophen and it came down. Happened again at 1 this morning and now when she got up.
I am going to call, but is this normal? I googled and got mixed responses. She has no other symptoms, just the fever.

Yup, that's totally totally normal. You can give her something to bring it down or just let her ride it out if she's not uncomfortable. It will probably last a day or two.

Fevers are pretty common. After some shots - MMR, I think - the fever can occur 10-14 days after the vax. It happened with DS1 and it scared the crap out of me because it was his first high (104) fever. My pedi asks how they're acting with a fever. Kids can tolerate a much higher fever than adults. A low-grade fever with lethargy is more worrisome than a higher fever with a happy kid.
It can happen with some kids, so I say normal. But calling you dr is fine, they'll likely just reassure you and tell you to come in if it gets too high.
