I'm going to try and go for a short walk at lunch, but my legs are really sore from an awesome hike yesterday (over 10 miles with 4000+ feet of elevation!).
I am eating really well still, and I cannot believe it with Christmas fast approaching and all I want to do is shove face with things that are bad for me.
Wen for a walk this weekend, taught dance classes and actually participated more this time. Took ballet. WIN!

Magpie, what a great hike! Where did you go? DS1 is becoming a great little hiker, and I hope to do some fun family hikes next year (provided DH will agree to carry DS2 when needed in the backpack).
Today I teach class (step aerobics and weights interval), and I'm trying to stick with the no sweets things. DH convinced me that a treat once a week will not kill me, and since I ran 10.5 miles yesterday, I indulged in a delicious marble cookie. Yum!

I went up Mt wrightson, which is in southern Arizona, about 40 miles from the border of Mexico. I absolutely love hiking; it's one of the things I really look forward to doing with future kid(s)!
