What's the worst in your and/or your DH family, if you care to share and compare?
As far as I know DH's family is squeaky clean. My only one, that I'm aware of, is a brother than went AWOL from the army several years ago - I think that's a felony?
I have a cousin that I'm fairly certain did some time for drugs in the past. I know he's at least been in and out of rehab over the years, but I'm fairly certain there was some jail and/or prison time in there, too.
My step-cousin on my dads side. She served 10 years for getting in a wreck that killed 2 teenagers. The only thing that saved her was that both of the boys were drunk as well and it was inconclusive who actually caused the accident.
She has been out for about 3 years. Honestly I like her so much more now. She was always flighty and self absorbed. Now she is still a little odd but is someone I don't mind being around. Which is saying something in my dad's family.
A few drug addicts and petty criminals. Nothing too major, though. My aunt's ex-boyfriend went in for murder, though. I can't remember if he got the needle or just life in prison.
Each member of my family has done drugs one way or another when we were growing up. One even served time for dealing. I'm the goody-two-shoes in a family of black sheeps.
DH, on the other hand, was the 'black sheep' of his family, if at all.
Not felons, but my husband's uncle went to jail for like 2 days for drunk driving.
And my cousin was addicted to heroin for several years, during which she did some very bad things (for instance, helping her friends rob my parents' house). But she never was arrested (that I know of -- certainly no jail time), and she's been clean for something like 10 years now, which is awesome.

None on my mom's side.
Two in my generation on my dad's side, both cousins (brothers). One was a prank that went bad, property was damaged that was worth a certain amount, so classified as a felony. The other brother got in trouble with the IRS--never got many details but we believe it involved drugs, guns, and taxes.
Yeah, he is a sweet and funny kid, just full of personality, and just fell in with drugs and alcohol. The fight most certainly happened while drunk or high. Abusing women was just one thing he didn't put up with.
My father has been in and out of jail and prison. Most recently he was put on probation a few years ago for being drunk in public. While on probation he shoplifted and had to spend 6 months in prison. He got out and got arrested again in June of last year for something (I don't know what) and went back to prison. I don't know if he is out or not. Most of his stuff was alcohol and drug related but he was in jail for a while for not paying child support. I don't know if this was in relation to my child support of for my half-brothers or a combination. For obvious reasons I consider my step-dad to be my dad and the grandfather to my kids.
I also have an uncle that was in San Quentin State Prison a few times. He was a big time drug dealer. He turned his life around when he was in his 40s, got married, and now does the normal work/home life and you would never know.
DH's family is boring on this front. He just has several family members that are homeless by choice. We can't figure out why they do this but they haven't been in prison.
Laurie Dann (née Wasserman; October 18, 1957 – May 20, 1988) was an American rampage killer who shot and killed one boy and wounded two girls and three boys in a Winnetka, Illinois elementary school. She then took a family hostage and shot another man before killing herself.
My dad, brother and 3 cousins have all been in prison. My dad died in prison. One of my cousins was released a few years ago. My brother and other 2 cousins are still there.
I have a cousin who just got out of jail after serving something like 15 years. Sex offenses, robbery, breaking & entering, etc.
We have never really been close to that part of the family though.
When said cousin attended my Dad's funeral last year I was so pissed. My Dad hated him. I wanted to kick him out but I restrained myself and took the high road.
DH's cousin spent a month in the pokey for drunk driving. Pretty sure that was when he hit bottom. After that he moved to Hawaii, got a job, and is now expecting a baby.
My cousin is a repeat offender for exposing himself to minors, and a questionable sexual assault charge from a former GF. Given that side of the family's history, I'm surprised he's the only one of his siblings who's in jail.
My uncle killed two people, his girlfriend and her father. Before the cops could arrest him he killed himself in a hotel room. Horrific. Several drug arrests for other family members, and several DUIs as well.

My step brother is in jail for rape. I've only met him half-a-dozen times in my life, if that even, so we're not close or anything, but I shan't be getting to know him better once he's out, if/when that happens. This is the same man who, as a boat captain, failed a required and scheduled drug test.
I have a step brother doing 8 years in military prison for date rape. My step mother still says he's innocent, but the story just doesn't add up and his public and military defenders told him to take a plea deal, so I'm thinking there had to be sufficient evidence for a conviction.
