Yesterday we bought a mattress, Fiber One brownies, chicken, and pistachios. It was our first time there, it was super crowded, and we were overwhelmed. I plan on being prepared next weekend.
Does anyone use the Kirkland dog food? I've heard its rated well, but haven't googled it myself.
We have found that the following are cheaper: -diapers and wipes -berries -rotisserie chicken -olive oil -spices -laundry and dish washer detergent -protein powder -kid's cliff bars -beef jerky

The Nature's Domain dog food is very high quality. We really like it for our dogs.
My dog liked the first bag we bought, and maybe I got a bad bag this time or something, because she refuses to eat it. I am debating whether or not to just throw it out.
Their pizzas are good too! And I stalk the crab spread station when the samples are out. So good! I get diapers for my friend, she swears the huggies are way cheaper than anywhere else she has looked. I don't have kids so I have no idea what diapers normally run.
Thanks! He is a big cuddle bug. That picture is of him asleep on my feet on a 6 hour roadtrip. He refused to sit in the back where he would have had room.

The dog beds are awesome, big and cheap. My dog loves that thing. My sister was almost tempted to get some as a floor pillow. The less fancy ones (but still nice) are $20. The more expensive ones are $30.
They also have good prices on stuffed dog toys. It's normally four to a pack for $8 - $10. The last ones I bought had rope inside the toys, so it makes it a little more fun to play tig with the dog.
Kirkland paper products and trash bags, the Rotisserie chicken is amazing as is the rotisserie chicken salad the deli makes, Kirkland vodka, a six pack of almond milk for under $6, furniture, everything
Don't forget eyeglasses, contacts, or sunglasses. We also have purchased TV's. Ink for printers, Advil, alcohol, cakes for parties. (Their chocolate cake is yummy and their chocolate chocolate chip muffins are insanely good.)

Regular stuff on my shopping list includes Kirkland paper towels/toilet paper/tissues, flour (AP and WW), apple juice, juice boxes for the kids lunches, Snapple iced tea, Ritz and Club crackers, honey wheat pretzels, romaine lettuce, croissants, muffins, frozen pizzas, chicken broth, soap, toothpaste, chicken breast and whole roasters, pasta. Most Kirkland products are great and well priced (the only one I've found so far where I'm willing to pay more for name or even store brand is their Greek yogurt...it's a distant third behind Wegmans brand and Fage for me). Name brand things you normally eat enough of to justify buying in bulk can save money.
Lots of infrequent or one time purchases, too, since they're cheaper. We got our Keurig there, and our Sonicare toothbrushes. I get my holiday photo cards there every year and it's where DH gets tires for the cars. Good price, quick install, and they repair flats for free (if you got the tires from them).

also their photo dept is great 50 5x7 greeting cards/invites with super nice envelopes for like 15 or 20 bucks. can't beat that! next year i want to make a calendar using their site.
Don't forget your coupons! Something I didn't realize for about a year was that you don't have to clip out each individual coupon; they just scan one from the book & anything in your order with a coupon is automatically discounted.
The Kirkland Organic Tortilla Chips and their Salsa (by the spaghetti sauce, etc) are awesome.
This question gets asked every month or two, and I love listing my Costco purchases every time
- Beer - Bread - Cakes (huge and cheap, for parties) - Rotisserie chicken - Frozen chicken - Frozen fish - Fresh pork, beef, etc. - Produce: sweet peppers, broccolini, spinach, etc. - Frozen breakfast sandwiches - Olive oil (kirkland) - Pasta - Butter - POM juice - Egg beaters - Shampoo/conditioner - TP, paper towels, napkins, tissues (kirkland) - Dog food (kirkland lamb & rice) - Cat litter - Tampons/pads - Razors - Clothing - Hot dogs and pizza in the food court - Discount gift cards for gifts or using ourselves (usually $80 for a $100 card) - Gas - Auto department - batteries, tires
In general, the kirkland brand is excellent. We'll always get generic, unless the brand name is on sale. Our dog has a very sensitive stomach, and this dog food has been great. Also keep an eye out for the monthly coupons. I just checked - we saved 12% today with the coupons, for items we regularly buy.

Kirkland dog food Rotisserie chicken Fruit Salad mix Soft drinks Diapers Baby wipes Razor blades Sweetener packets Toys at Christmas time Toilet paper Paper towels Dishwasher detergent Laundry detergent Work out clothes
I'm sure there's tons more. We buy everything for my husbands office there. I've also bought several TVs and my eyeglasses there. I absolutely looooove Costco and rarely get out of there for under $200!
Once you eat their rotisserie chickens, any other chicken will seem so small.
I buy bagged spinach, bagged kale, baby carrots, onions, berries when they are in season, brussel sprouts, freeze-dried fruit, laughing cow and string cheese, bacon, hardboiled eggs (lazy but so cheap), cottage cheese, greek yogurt when there is a coupon, dish and laundry soap, certain spices (sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder), veggie chips, occasional dips (like salsa, hummus, or greek yogurt dip), workout clothing and socks, sometimes peanuts or almonds, epson salt for my baths, toothbrush heads, razors, beauty products, batteries, vitamins (gummy fish oil, melatonin), cat food, toilet paper, and gas. plus i use their pharmacy and take my kids there for a cheap lunch ($2 for a massive slice of pizza).
what gets me though are the impulse purchases. the other day i had to talk myself out of buying a $200 power-wheel for the kids. i also love their memory foam kitchen and bathroom mats. and their memory foam slippers!
Oh man, I love Costco. We get- Charmin TP Bottled water Milk butter frozen orange chicken Breakfast croissant sandwiches Beef and chicken (we use our foodsaver to repackage to smaller servings) Bread DH loves their danishes and muffins diapers formula juice boxes cereal Vanilla extract chopped garlic lots of fruit and veggies formula kids lunch snacks and so much more
Oh, and we bought out TV, laptop, printer (and ink), entertainment center, and sectional sofa there as well.
There are a ton of awesome grocery products, but keep in mind that Costco sells quality non-grocery products. We've gotten furniture, glasses, Christmas cards, and other items.

I just happened upon it one day and was pleasantly surprised. It costs somewhere around $8 for a giant bottle, so it's a great deal.
