I'm on my second Medela PISA. I used my first pump 3xs a day 5xs a week for just shy of 24 months and by then it was done. I never thought twice about purchasing another brand as I was very pleased w/ my purchase. The company has excellent customer service.
However I talked to a girl the other day outside the pumping room who is back to work, she has 8 week old twins and she said she pumps (EPing) 70+ ounces a day. And for that she spends only 5 minutes on the pump every three hours.
Coming off a 25 minute stint myself where I managed to eke out 6 ounces with the PISA almost sucking my nips off it was on so high, I was eying her pump brand (and surprisingly normal sized boobies). She had an "enjoye" brand pump.
I have the Ameda Purely Yours. I EP and it's still running great. I like that it's a closed system. I would buy it again. Insurance paid for mine, but it's in the BRU flyer this month for $169.

I have an ameda purely yours- I didn't pump/bf for long, but I liked it. For some reason though the Medelas just work better on me though. The LC said some pumps/styles just work better for other people. If I were to do it again (which I most likely will not) I would rent a hospital grade Medela.

I have the Ameda Purely Yours. It's the one I bought almost 8 yrs ago for DS1. I only used it 3months then but I've been using it for the last almost 11 months 2-3x day 5 days a week. I'd buy it again, I think I paid $199 many moons ago.
I used the Medela PISA and it worked great for me. I used it 6-8x a day for months. The outlet cord was starting to get a little temperamental, but other than that it worked fine. I paid a little over $200 for it, I think. I used gift cards and the completion coupon so I can't remember for sure how much it cost.
Medela swing. It's only a single pump but I only use it once a day for a few minutes so I don't need a double. I agree their customer service is stellar.
Medela Freestyle. I love it. I pump 4x a day 5 days a week, and 2x a day on weekends. So far, it's been great. The pump had some battery issues a month ago, and they sent me a brand new one for FREE within 24hours of calling them. Amazing.

Medela Freestyle.
Free from my insurance- we have blue cross, blue shield. We just needed an rx and we got it for free. The hospital pedi said that Ari had a bad latch and it was covered. We picked the most expensive one because, why not!
I only pumped with it for 16 weeks but it was great for that time. If my insurance covers a new pump then I will probably get another freestyle.
Ameda Purely yours. I have been pumping four times a day for 7 months now. I like it and would use it again. However, given the chance, I would try a Medela, in the hopes of a faster pump time.

Ameda Purely Yours. I like it and I like their customer service. I bought it because it was cheaper than a Medela (but had similar reviews) and it was a closed system. I get a little jealous of all the PISA love though.
I do have a manual Medela (I think it's the Harmony) that I used for MOTN feedings and I liked that as well.
I have an avent one. My mil got it for me at my baby shower vi registered for a different one, but I guess she bought this one cheaper. It seems to work fine but I don't use it often.

Another PISA here. I think I paid somewhere around $200 for it. I pump 2x a day 5 days a week and did the same for Dylan for almost a year. It is starting to lose it a bit.
I would buy the same again though. It has served me well and the customer service is great when you at in your warranty. I would recommend that everyone call and say you need replacement parts before the warranty is up on your medela. Shields and tubes for sure.

I have the medela manual pump. I like that it's easy to clean and hasn't ever been painful to use. It works fine for me, but I also only pump once a day (and have never pumped more than twice a day). It was free because my cousin was given two with no receipts, so she just gave me hers since I registered for that one, but I yhink it retsils for about $30.
I will probably use the same one for any future Saurus child.

I was given a first years mipump. I only used it for a few weeks but it was nice to have while C was in the nicu. I do really regret not investing in a better pump. I think it could have really helped with my supply in the beginning. The pump is like $60, so I guess you can't expect much.
I rented the Symphony for 9 months with DS, had enough frozen milk to get to a year. I bought the PISA for DD, realized my supply was dropping even on high where it sounded like it was gonna blow, around 6 months I rented the symphony again. I started EPing at 7.5 months. I pump three times and get plenty of milk. I had an over supply with DS and would pump between 90-110 oz a day for the first 6 months, I also had mastitis 5 times. I EP'd started at 3 months with him after my second bout.

I have the Freestyle and love it. I paid 400$ for it. My only regret is not buying it sooner (I was originally using the Harmony). I'm hoping it'll last me for baby #2, if not I'll definitely buy another one.
I EPed for almost a year on a Medla. I just did some rough math & I must have pumped more than 1500 times (totally more than 350 hrs!!) this past year. Never once did I have any problems. It was about $400 & well worth every penny.
