I mentioned this in the other thread, but my neighbor decided 1am was a good time to hang something on the wall that our condos share. The hammering went on for about 15 minutes. Seriously, 1am.
I strained a muscle in my back last night in the pool, but now I can flip turn like a pro!*
I woke up late this morning and forgot my lunch and my sneakers for the gym tonight. When I was getting dressed this morning, instead of putting my gym socks in my bag I put them on, and when I realized it as I was putting on my boots I was too lazy and late to bother changing them. So I'm wearing no-show gym socks with tall boots. It's not that comfortable.
I dried my hair on high to make up for time and now I'm also having a bad hair day.
Oh and my cat tried to eat my foot this morning.
None of these things happend in this chronological order, I just can't seem to get my brain going today.
I am at work meetings this week. I am having a hell of a time squeezing workouts in. The meetings start at 8, but my team has had meetings starting at 6:30 every morning. This paired with the late night "networking" at the bar is killing me.

Haha, I hear you about bad hair day. I overslept 15 minutes and just threw my hair into a VERY messy and gross looking headband and ponytail. Yayyyyyyy.
-I feel like I'm getting a cold Just took some Zicam and hoping it helps.
-Today could turn into a really good day or a really bad day this evening. If my H's team loses he is done with his winter coaching but if they win they keep playing for 4 more days...I feel like a bad person for wishing for a bunch of kids to lose their game, but I need him to be done. It's been a very hard winter with him gone all the time.
I left my lunch sitting on the kitchen counter. That means I'm eating McDonald's if there's time to eat anything at all because I'm out at a clinic in BFE today.
Battling a cold and tired of these damn crutches. I'm going to smack the next person with them that calls me Hoppy or Hopalong.
I'm also going to smack the next person who calls me Gimpy. They'll get a crutch to the groin! Feel better soon!
Haha, I also get Gimpy and Wheelie (because I've been wheeling myself around the office in my office chair). Please let me know if you groin hit someone, that would give me a giggle.
The barista at Starbucks this morning was sooooo slow and then I was late for my meeting. But the meeting is training for our state tests, which is soooooo boring. So I kinda wish she had been slower.
I am working a track meet on Friday after school and its going to be shitty weather. Yay.
I generally love my colleagues, but there are some people I want to straight up murder right now because they are so effing stupid!!!!!

It's snowing today, office is closed and I'm supposed to telework, but I also have a 2 year old home with me. I can't believe it's only 10 am. It's going to be a very long day.
My sister is coming to stay for the night tonight. I'm tired just thinking about it. I hate over night visiters and she and I get along much better with at least half a state between us.

I wore new flats on Monday and they gave me an above the heel blister which now rubs when I run. I put a band aid over it but it still twinged when I took a step with that foot. I love new shoes but that is really annoying.
Oh and also- I feel so freaking tired and gross and blah not being able to work out. I come home from work each day exhausted even though I am getting 2-3hours more of sleep since I am not running in the morning
I seriously despise running (does this get me kicked off the board?). And my foot bothered me this morning when I did a running interval. This is with a compression sock and an arch binder. I can't win for losing some days.

I hope not, because I hate running too and I want to stay. It makes me even more mad that it's such a great form of exercise for me. At least you do running intervals. When I say I'm going "running" that usually means 1-2 miles max at about a 10 minute mile pace, and I'm probably swearing and cursing the entire time.
I've never been so happy to get my period early. I was expecting it Friday, but got it this morning instead. This means I won't be on my heaviest day for my 10K on Saturday, yay!
I am exhausted. EXHAUSTED. My body needs at least 10 hours of sleep tonight to catch up (not gonna happen). I have really bad allergies lately at home?? nothing has changed but it is incredibly frustrating. I'm fat. Blergh.
The Nike shoes I bought just a couple of months ago have a hole in them and the bottom is tearing. I really can't justify new shoes more than every six months but damn it, they need to last. Grrr.
I want to go to they gym after work tomorrow but I have to transport my laptop from home to work tomorrow, plus my lunch, and my purse. I don't think I can handle the gym bag on the subway too. womp womp.

Send them back to Nike. They will probably replace them.

Oh, there's cursing, trust me. Plus at the end a song rotated through my ipod that is basically, "You are so f*****, so f****** f******" that I found wholly appropriate.
