I would like to support my friend but I am finding everything pretty fucking ugly to be quite honest. This is quite silly rationale as I own a couple of Vera Bradley pieces (le gasp!) but those at least have decent patterns and good storage. These, eh, not so much.
I have a key fab from there, and one of their older style purses, that I don't carry any more. I like their storage totes, but I find them to be too expensive for what they are. I will say that I LOVE the chevron pattern they have!

I just bought the "Keep it Caddy" in the chevron-type pattern from a friend's party and I like it. It's perfect to put a few snacks/diapers in for the car or bottom of the stroller. I would like to get a larger tote as well.
I don't get it. I have one bag that I bought because I had to get something from a friend for a fundraiser. I don't know what it's called but I use it for a pool bag in the summer. Everyone that I work with walks around with lunchbags and tote bags and raves and raves about them.
they're ugly and expensive. I have 2 because a friend sells them and, like you, I was trying to support her. I think mine is the utility tote? we use it as a beach bag and it's fine. the other is the mini utility tote (it's in the pretty chevron pattern that I do like) I got it because she had extra specials and it was $5, it is perfect for my gardening stuff
I've looked through catalogues truly trying to find one thing I like enough to order, but eventually I realized it's fruitless. I really dislike their products.
Yeah I have some friends that are crazy about 31 stuff and I just don't get it. It comes in really limited colors / patterns and is way more expensive than the same type of stuff at Target.
I bought one to keep my Creative Memories stuff in, lol.
I only bought it because it was $10, it's fairly large and really roomy and has really held up to the weight of all my albums and such. But I bought it at an indoor craft show/flea market/yardsale that we have a lot of up here. I wouldn't pay $30+ for lots of them but if I found a good use for one or need for one, I'd buy it.
I bought this one and like it for a work bag, but for the life of me can't understand why the bags shaped like this don't have a zipper on top and why they don't have bags with organizing compartments on the inside.
Oh, I forgot that I have a large cosmetic tote thing, not sure of the exact name, and it's lined with plastic, so that things don't leak out. I use it to carry soap/shampoo/hair products when I travel. I love that thing. I would 100% buy that again in a heart beat.
I got a beauty bag as a gift. It is great for storing a lot of items together while traveling. I don't know if I would have bought it myself but I do find it useful.
I like the lunch bag. It's big enough for lunch for me and my kids for a day at the zoo or similar place.
I also have a lunch bag that I like for the same reasons.
A good friend sells it and that leads to other friends having parties. Add in my inability to say no and I might have a few totes and small accessories.

My sil has a cooler, which is fine and she says it works pretty well. I should get one so I don't have to carry a Coors Lite one to the zoo. #trashy lol

I think I have this, too. They have a few safer options that aren't bags, I think. I know a friend who ordered a flat iron case.

I bought the medium utility tote and used that to transport bottles, pumping supplies, daycare needs to and from work everyday. It worked well, but started coming apart at the seems after about a year.
I did buy my sister the traveling case b/c that thing is super helpful. I also have the large totes that I used for toy storage in the basement.
I don't hate their crap. But I don't seek it out to buy it.
my friend had a party a couple months ago. I bought 2 things- the first one is called i think "expandable tote". it has a second zipper across the middle that you can use to make it bigger or smaller. its cool because you can kind of change the size to what you need to carry. our parnets both live a few hours away, so we spend a lot of weekends away so its nice for that. I do feel like the material is kind of thin for the price, but it hasn't ripped yet LOL I also got the cargo purse- i use that every day... it makes the perfect " diaper bag" for my 2 year old DS. good inside pockets for a few diapers, and for his snacks and sippy cups, nice washable material. its holding up really well so far. i guess it just depends on what you're looking for
It came up on MM one time and consensus was the quality isn't worth what you're paying. Thankfully these haven't caught on where I am yet so I've never seen them.
I don't care for it. I bought the travel jewelry roll when my friend was selling it because I wanted to support her. I've been pretty happy with the purchase. I likely won't purchase anything else though.

They are super popular where I work now. I think every single person there has one of their embroidered lunch bags and a few other bags too. Before I started this job, I had never heard of them.
I am cool with being a suburban uncool lady. I will eat at chains, I like Starbucks better than the local place, I shop at Athleta, I know all the dogs in my neighborhood, and I change out my bath and body works handsoap to match the seasons. But I have to draw the line somewhere, and I decided to draw it at Thirty One and Vera Bradley.

I'm not a huge fan, but do have three pieces in the house. All were gifts...one is a utility tote I use to hold my household files. It's great for that, lots of room for papers and pockets for pencils, pens, erasers, all of the office type stuff I like to keep handy in the kitchen. One is a journal cover DD got from my sister, she loves it because she journals constantly. And DD #1 carries one of their thermal lunch totes. I love the color, a black swirly pattern that shows absolutely NO dirt. But it's a drawstring top that is sort of awkward to get certain sizes of containers in and out of. I'm sort of loving DD #2's $2 old fashioned Hello Kitty metal lunchbox from Old Navy these days...much easier to pack and clean, but the downside is it isn't insulated (and to it's credit, the 31 bag has great insulation).

I have the lunch tote and the big cooler. I actually really like them, but I chose some of the toned down patterns without the monogram...not my thing. I also have one if the bigger organizer totes for the back of my car. It is nice to have something to keep all of my crap in one spot!
