There are about four transplant places in VA and I am about four hours from three of them. I wouldn't be able to put the family up because we will be living in a fifth wheel soon. If there is anything else I could do, I will be happy to do it.
You are welcome to stay with us, although I don't know what Forrest's tolerance for critters is (we have a dog and a cat and while I can board them for the duration if necessary, I doubt I could get the place completely hypoallergenic.).
Indianapolis,IN area right here. We are short on room, but I will find someplace close to the hospital for you if needed. (Ronald McDonald house is attached to the hospital)
Atlanta here. My house is too small to host, but I would be happy to pay for a couple of hotel nights, provide transportation, and make sure they have everything they need to be comfortable. I might be able to get plane tickets with frequent flier miles as well.

I lived in Atlanta, well actually Stone Mountain, in 8th and 9th grade. I miss the Dekalb Farmer's Market.
We just took my son to the laser show for the first time over Memorial Day weekend. It was so fun! I love Stone Mountain. The Dekalb Farmer's Market is awesome, but I live close to Harry's Farmer's Market so don't get there often.
