I use only boxed brownie mix. Literally everywhere I take or send brownies, someone is all "OMG, can I have your recipe?!?"
So yeah. Betty Crocker Deluxe with Hershey syrup, yo. The only thing I do differently is that I use olive oil (I use olive oil for EVERYTHING). R is convinced it's the spoon I use to mix the batter. LOL

FTW. This is the best stuff ever! I get raves all the time on it too!

The best made better? Layer on this type of mint patty (generic's fine) with 5 minutes of cooking time left, then spread with a spatula when time's up. Tastes like a Girl Scout Thin Mint. People flip out lol.
I'm totally full of nest trashy ideas. I'm beginning to worry lol.

Ha! Nah. It makes you normal. I like you more everyday! I need to try this. I made that salsa recipe you posted awhile back in one of my posts. Rave reviews all around. Nest Trashy for the win!

I thought of another. I wear cheap clothes (currently a F21 dress I bought 2 years ago -- and has held up -- and an Old Navy cardigan I bought at Goodwill).

nursecramer, I hope not because I love a good thrift store. But I hear that buying cheap clothes, especially second hand, is a sin. I mean, I don't go specifically to buy cheap clothes from a thrift store but it works out that way. I just do not buy shoes second hand. And undergarments. That skeeves me out.
Just about everything Baby W wears is thrifted/handed down. The one store I love does 50% and 75% off certain colored tags and I can get a pair of Old Navy or Osh Kosh jeans for under $1 there. I spent $13 on Tuesday and got a romper, a pair of Old Navy swim trunks for Baby W, 2 pairs of name brand jeans for Baby W, a clip on tie for sophisticated Mr Monkey and a big old glass milk jug. They do 20% off everything that's used on Sundays.

I like "non cheap" clothes to some extent. Only if it's something I love and will wear the snot out of. Cardigans, dress pants, bags, shoes, pullovers for winter all those sorts of things I spend on.
I buy yoga pants and jeans at Target. Have a closet full of the discount rack at Express, Macy's, Herberger's, NY&CO and more Target. I buy no clothes full price at Target...that's how cheap I am.
I don't live or work in a place where high fashion is a priority. I'm better dressed than half the people in my school and I'd go down in nest flames for what I wear..ha!
I'm just not one to love clothes forever and day, so I don't care that much. They're also wrecked by the end of the school year anyways or muddy from the barnyard so there's that.
My "famous chip dip" uses a block of velveeta. You know the stuff I'm talking about, has the consistency of a gel insole.
I love cream of crap and cream cheese and mayo.
I love my Kitchen Aid, but everyone has one around here. I you have made it all the way to your wedding without one you are obviously from out of town. I also don't find it heavy or hard to handle.
We eat Chef Boyardee ABC 123's for dinner more than once a month. It has an entire serving of veggies!
I wear jeans and a t-shirt to work, everyday. I could be mistaken for a college student any time.
I buy all of my clothes from Target or Ross but I like name brands. Everything from Ross is CK, Michael Kors, etc.
I don't follow politics or the news but I do google the shit out of actors / musicians that I see / hear. Did you know that Robin Thicke has dual citizenship?

My mom used to make cake from scratch all the time. Then one time she was running short of time, so she bought one of those mixes where you can even bake the cake in the pan it comes in. Everyone complimented her on how good it was, and a couple people said it was the best cake she'd ever made. She never made cake from scratch again.
